Snowy Days and Busy Days

Well here we go again. It has been another busy three months of milestones and no time or energy to blog. It has been a rough start to the year with sickness and tons of snow. We started the year cheering on our Buckeyes and Mountaineers in there bowl games at Grandma and Grandpa Hunt's

Let's Go!

Corinne and Dominic walking around with a bag on there head (they did this for about a half an hour and thought it was so funny

Lydia and Corinne are growing so fast and I am thrilled at how much they already like to play with each other already. Although Corinne is really learning to share what were once only her toys. Lydia is on the move now and I think we may be in trouble with her. Corinne never really put things in her mouth like most babies do so we did not have to be extra careful about things on the floor but Lydia puts everything in her mouth. This is especially hard with all of Corinne's little pony pieces laying around. Lydia is rolling all over the room now to get what she wants and we have seen her pushing up and moving her legs so crawling is not far off either. She is able to sick up for short periods of time and is overall just very happy! She has a giggle that makes everyone giggle and is babbling all the time.
Corinne has been very busy too. She is potty trained now and is doing very well with it. We had some issues with number #2 at first but this is getting much better. I really think that she was just ready and went with it. She can even be trusted when we go to my parents to not have anything on. We are still working on the nap and night time thing but she is still so young I will take he finally sleeping through the night over being dry all night. Corinne just finished her second class of gymnastics and although I know she liked it I think the novality had started to wear off. We will be taking swim lessons again in a few weeks so that should be fun because we have not been in the water for some time.
Jeremy and I are hanging in there too although it has been a long winter. We are hoping to get outside soon and start enjoying our long walks again! We are both striving to lose some baby weight and have a fun and active summer a few pounds lighter. I have included some different pictures from the last couple of months just to summarize everything we have been doing.
The spring looks to be a busy time for us. We will be going to Chicago for my cousins wedding in April. We also will finally have Lydia baptized on April 18th (we had to become members of our new parish before we could baptize her and we found out just a few days too late that they do not do baptisms during lent so that is why we have to wait until April) but we love our new parish so it is well worth it! I hope to help out in the church nursery and Jeremy really wants to get involved with the nights of Columbus. We plan to start Lydia on cereal next week as she will be six months old next Sunday which is just so hard to believe. I think she will be crawling in a month or so and that will add a whole new element to life! I promise to update this more often! I did it so much when Corinne was so small and it helped keep track of milestones so I have to get better at sitting down and doing it.

Lydia enjoying looking at herself during tummy time (although she prefers to be on her tummy over her back)

Laughing at her blanky bear

Corinne and Jack jammin out!

Corinne the fashion plate as usual (thanks Tiffany and Todd)

Hugs! Jack and Corinne buddies that love to play together!

My nephew Dominic enjoying one of Grandma's cooks (his word for cookie)

Lydia exploring the Exersauer for the first time a couple of weeks ago

We caught Corinne rediscovering the Exersauer later that day (good thing she is little)

Mommy and Corinne playing in the second round of snow. It was up to Corinne's knees and little did we know there was more to come. We were out there for an hour and she still had a fit when we had to come in.

She was laughing so hard everytime she fell down

Lydia trying out the highchair and a sippy cup

A new favorite picture of Corinne (she looks like such a big girl!)
