Halloween Fun

Yesterday we went to a Halloween Party at Tiffany, Todd and Jack's house. It was a lot of fun to see all the kids in their costumes. Corinne was a kitty, Jack was Flounder from the Little Mermaid and you will see the other kids. It is so fun to do these things. Here are some pictures from day.

Party and More

Yesterday we ran errands after work to get ready for our party for Grandma on Saturday. It was very raining and cold and I don't think any of us are ready for that kind of weather. Corinne's babysitter said that she was very fussy at her house but she was fine with us. I think she just gets so worn out during the week. Plus we are hoping that she is getting more teeth because she has been fussy for the last couple of weeks. Corinne is getting braver and take 5-10 steps quiet frequently. She is so proud of herself when she does it too!

Then today was our party for Grandma Hunt. She was 60 on the 16th of October and really has never had a real party. It was suppose to be a surprise but she is a hard person to surprise. We had a good time celebrating and good food and conversation. Corinne was quit a ham and really loves her family.

Swimming and more

Today we had swim lessons and Corinne swam under water to the wall. It was so amazing. She was also pretending to talk on the phone again tonight. She has been doing this for about two weeks now and it is so funny to watch. It is complete with the shoulder hold and head tilt. She also took about 10 steps tonight to get from a toy to her her toy box.

11 months old

It is hard to believe but Corinne is 11 months old today. She has grow so fast! She is taking more steps each day. She is also standing and squatting to play with toys. Corinne is talking all the time and says lots of things consistently, Zeus, dog, cat, good, done, hi and bye. It is amazing how much this little girl talks. She will also sing the ABC's by making sounds and then will say B, and Z at the right time. She looks it when you count to 3. Even though our time is limited with her we make the most of it when we are together. I think I appreciate her more because our time is so limited. I will post some new pictures in the next couple of days.

Party Party

Yesterday we went to a party at Aunt Sharon's for Grandma's birthday. We had a good day spending time with all of my family and watching Corinne and Dominic grow. Corinne took a couple more steps today and is standing by herself a lot. Monday was pretty low key because Corinne was pretty fussy. I hope that she is just finally getting some teeth and not getting sick.

Fun with GeGe

GeGe Long (Jeremy's Mom) came to vist us today and brought Aunt Pam with her. We had a good time going to lunch and then shopping at Target and in Uptown Westerville. When we were at Target Corinne got her first real pair of shoes and a new winter coat. GeGe also bought her a very cute pink hat. After we finished shopping in uptown Westerville we went to Lynd's Fruit Farm to get some more apples. It was a very chilly day so Corinne got to wear her new hat and loved walking in her new shoes. Other exciting news is that Corinne was standing by herself today in her new shoes and even took a couple of independent steps.

Work Days

Not much happened yesterday or today. Corinne did get her first real injury when she feel into the open drawer of the entertainment center. She likes to open that drawer but we will not be doing that anymore. She did not end up with much more then a little scratch on her chin but it could have been much worse. She has been practicing walking the last too days and thanks it is so funny.

Pumpkin Fun

Today we went to Hidden Creek Pumpkin Farm today and we had a very good time. The farm had a petting zoo....

Corinne and a very new calf

They also had a very cool corn box that the kids could play in. Corinne went crazy in the box and was not very happy when she had to get out.

Corinne and her friends Hannah and Carissa in the corn box

Then we went on to the slide with huge bails of hay at the bottom. This is the first time we really have taken Corinne down and slide and she really liked it.

Loving the hay

Then we were off to a hayride and to pick out a pumpkin. We let Corinne crawling through the fields of pumpkins which were surprisely dry. I am thinking more and more that Corinne has no problem being dirty and loves to explore all things. Sometimes this is a good thing and sometimes it is not. Corinne seems to have not fear so Iwe have already learned that she is quit a daredevil!

Happy Birthday Carissa

Today we had a low key day but a fun one. In the morning we worked on getting the house straighten up and spenting time with Corinne. When Corinne got up from a nap she was ready to move so we moved with her. She was taking a couple of steps between Jeremy and I and I could not believe how fast she was going. We then went shopping for a few things we needed including a birthday present for Corinne's friend Carissa. We had a good time at Carissa's first birthday party including decorating a pumpkin with silly faces. It was very nice to spend the day with our new friends and get some ideas for Corinne's party.

Lots of fun!

On Sunday we went to my parents to celebrate Uncle Hallie and Aunt Sharon's Birthday. Then we went to the Fairfield County Fair with Aunt Heather, Keith, Aunt Carrie and Uncle Hallie and Corinne and Dominic's first trip. We had a lot of fun, and managed to stay away from most of the yummy fair food. It is always nice to go on that Sunday because it is free day and you see a lot of people you have not seen in a long time. Sometimes that's good and sometimes not so good in a smaller town. The rest of the week was pretty uneventful. Corinne is so close to walking I just keeping waiting for me to show up to the babysitters one day and she is walking everywhere.
Here are some of the pictures of Corinne looking at the animals.

So much fun

We had a very busy end of the week but a good one. Grandma Hunt came and stayed with Corinne on Thursday and they had a great time together. Then Grandma and Grandpa Hunt went to Corinne's swim lesson with us and they could not believe what a fish she is. She even went under which upset Grandma a little. Friday was another nice day because Corinne got to stay home with Daddy and Daddy was so excited. I was a little jealous. They spent the morning hanging out and then they went to the zoo for the day. Then last night we were all pretty tired so went to bed pretty early.

Corinne got up really early this morning which is just keeping with the quest to not sleep. We cleaned most of the morning and got ready for our trip to Lynd's Fruit Farm. We had a blast picking and tasting apples and playing in the hay. Here are some picks from the day.

She said it!

It has been a busy week already and we having been trying our best to stay ahead but it is getting harder every day. Corinne is into everything that she is not suppose to be and we really can not get anything done. I thought it was hard when she was tiny but this is way harder. We had a low key day yesterday and she is just growing up so fast. Today Corinne started really saying Mama consistently and looking at me at the same time. I was glad to hear it! It fun to watch her talk and play with all her toys!
