Having a blast

The last week and a half have been fun filled and jam packed. Corinne has here 18 month check up two Thursday's again and as always that was very hard. She had already not been feeling well so getting three more shots did not help anything but we made it through and she is feeling much better. She is growing quickly but still remains a peanut compared to a lot of her friends that are the same age. Dr. Shepherd okayed peanut butter so we had to try it. She liked it but made me a little nervous when she started coughing. We have not tried it since but I think the coughing was the cough she had and not the peanut butter. She seemed to like it though.

Trying peanut butter toast for the first time!

Last week was a busy one with a doctor appointment for me and a trip to the zoo with Dominic and Aunt Carrie. This was the first time we had been to the zoo since April and Corinne was able to label a lot of more of the animals this time.

Wednesday, Corinne and our friend Karey went out to dinner at the Olive Garden which I had not been to since I was pregnant with Corinne. It is so fun to get her dressed up to go out to dinner and she is getting better each time at restaurants.
She would not stop running to take a picture. Guess she thought it really was a tennis outfit.

Jeremy finally game home on Friday and we were so excited that he is finally done with training. Saturday we went to Wheeling to Jeremy's cousin wedding and Corinne was very good. I will have to upload pictures from the wedding on a later date because I had to use my Mom's camera and have not uploaded the pictures yet. Sunday we had breakfast with Jeremy's Dad for Father's Day and then headed to my parents. Corinne and I got Jeremy a bike for Father's Day (although we still have to go pick it out) and we will put seat on the back of it for Corinne. We spent the rest of the day with my Dad and then came home to get settled before Jeremy had to go back to work on Monday!
Monday Corinne and I had to go get a table in Pickerington and had a playdate scheduled with Jack at his house. We have not seen Jack or Tiffany since Spring Break because they have been traveling a lot. We had a really nice time playing in the backyard in the sand and water table and then had a nice lunch. Corinne ate her first whole peach like a big girl and got to try a banana Popsicle that Tiffany made. She was a little unsure at first but then loved it. She loved the sand and water table so much that we went and picked one up for her at Sam's Club on our way home. The only bad thing about his day was that Corinne did not take a nap after cat napping in the car for about 10 minutes.
Loving the sand and water table with Jack!

Today we had a playdate at Hannah's house with the girls. It was a pool party with Corinne's friends Hannah and Alexandra. Corinne had a really good time playing in the water table, pool, clubhouse and roller coaster that Hannah has. It was really fun to see them play together, thanks for hosting Hannah and Becky

Finally

I know that it has been a long time since our last post again and a lot has happened in that month. Corinne is growing like a weed and really looks more like a girl and less like a baby every day. We found out that Baby #2 is a girl! I was a little surprised because my pregnancy has been much different this time but maybe I just have not had time to think about it. Baby is doing well and everything is looking good. Now we just have to wait 14 1/2 more weeks to see her. Jeremy is on his second training trip in Orlando and I don't think he is having very much fun. I finished work today around 11 and it was so nice to hand in the keys and walk out the door. I love teaching but I really love this time of year. I am going to make the most of our summer making sure that I spend lots of time with Corinne and getting things ready for the baby. I am attaching so pictures from the last month (although there seems to be fewer and fewer pictures as she gets older, mostly because she will not stand still long enough to take a picture!
Eating corn on the cob for the first time and loved it even though she still only has six teeth!
In her Memorial Day Outfit but she would not smile for anything when the camera was out!
